The right to protection against child labor it reads as follows: The child must be protected against all forms of neglect, cruelty and exploitation. The child shall not be trafficked in any way and the child shall not be allowed to work before a suitable minimum age; In no case will he be engaged or allowed to engage in any occupation or job that may harm your health or education or impede their physical, mental or moral development.

In the most disadvantaged countries, the right to education is conspicuous by its absence and therefore the incorporation of children into work is usually very early. It is a fact to be eradicated as far as possible, since work usually interfere with education of the children and it must be ensured that the children have a schooling and an education.

The figures that the studies conducted by UNICEF are conclusive, it is estimated that there are more than 150 million child workers between the ages of 5 and 14, many of them in precarious situations. 70% of the children who are forced to work do so in agriculture, but the sectors are very varied, including the military.

- Extreme poverty and social marginalization: It happens when the child's family lacks the resources necessary for survival, which causes the child to have to work in order to support himself and his family.

- Child exploitation networks: The trade in children is one of the scourges of the world we live in, a trade that uses children for only economic purposes.

- Armed conflicts: In places where there is a war, children are often an easy victim when it comes to using force.

- Parental pressure or irresponsibility: It is when parents do not take care of their child and use it, sometimes, to obtain their own economic benefit.

- Orphanhood: There are children who, being orphaned of father and mother, are forced to work in order to survive.

70% of children in a situation of child exploitation they are found in Africa and Asia. For example, in sub-Saharan Africa 1 in 3 children is forced to work, for a total of 69 million children, while in South Asia the figure reaches 44 million.

Miners, child handlers of chemicals or heavy and dangerous machinery, or child construction workers, are examples of dangerous work for adults and that a child should never perform. But the worst part is jobs that violate their human dignity, such as prostitution or child pornography.

We must put more emphasis on the right not to work of children and protect them against labor abuse.
